Showcasing over sixty years of fashion, currently displayed at London’s fashion and textile museum is Missoni L’arte colour. Missoni, the internationally renowned fashion house and family business, was founded by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni. Overseen by Luca Missoni, son of the founders, brother of creative director Angela- the exhibition retrospectively explores the brand’s creative process and artistic journey. In addition, the exhibition also includes textile works created by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni in the context of 20th-century fine art.

Displaying glorious fashion pieces alongside beautiful paintings by leading 20th century European artists, the exhibition also includes previously unseen textile studies, paintings and Arazzi by Ottavio Missoni. In addition, the personal artwork of Missoni is combined with modernist masterpieces, mixed with other famous artists work that have influenced Ottavio and Rosita in the development of their signature graphic style.
